Yoga and meditation when practiced together strengthen the mind body connection, improving overall fitness and well-being. To promote a balance development of physical, mental and spiritual being regular Yoga and meditation sessions for students and staff are conducted in the school under expert guidance of instructors. 

These practices help to eliminate negative thoughts, worries, anxiety. Everyday in morning assembly a session of yoga and meditation is organised for all in school premises.
